The difference between magnetic pump and centrifugal pump
|Magnetic pump is a centrifugal pump, by pump, magnetic actuators, motors of three parts. General

magnetic coupling through the magnetic drive pump impeller. No mechanical seal can effectively prevent the leakage. However,

Maximum design inlet pressure to 30MPa, mechanical seal pumps hard to do this. With the use of mechanical seal or packing seal the pump compared to magnetic force pump has the following advantages:
1. Shaft seals become closed by the static seal, completely avoid media leaks;
2. No separate lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption;
3. Synchronized by a couple driving into a drag, there is no contact and friction. Power consumption, high efficiency, and has a damping effect, reducing the impact of the pump motor vibration and the vibration of the pump cavitation occurs the impact on the motor;
4. Overload, the inner and outer magnetic rotor relative slip on the motor, the pump has a protective effect.
